Project implementation and monitoring of Business Plans through the eMIP Platform
Service Description
The workshop has the following objectives: (1) general presentation of the MIP Platform and the facilities offered in project management: Activities, Actions, Job Descriptions, Partners, Functions, Experts, Experts Calendar, Uploading data and deliverables to CalendarExpert, Generating reports (Annex7, Annex18), Generating Archives and Stack Files, etc. (2) presentation of the eMIP Module - Business Plan and the processes of approving acquisitions and modifying the Business Plan, respectively validating operations (recording Income, Expenses, Other operations) (3) Presentation of tools made available to Monitoring Experts: mechanism for monitoring and managing business plans, archives and P.A. execution reports - Other related topics raised by the implementation team / StartUp beneficiaries.
