The eMIP platform - 5 years since launch

eMIP Platform (2019): This web platform was launched in 2019 and was the first component of the eMIP ecosystem.

eMIP - Business Plan (2021): The second ecosystem solution is eMIP - Business Plan, which became operational in 2021.

This solution integrates perfectly with the eMIP Platform and offers users the opportunity to manage and monitor Business Plans financed by the funding source project. In addition, eMIP Business Plan is tailored to seamlessly integrate with the other solutions in the eMIP ecosystem, such as the eMIP Platform and eMIP Arch. This interoperability ensures holistic and seamless project and business management, providing users with a coherent and integrated experience.

With eMIP Business Plan, users benefit from a complete and efficient solution for managing and monitoring business plans. This enables them to maximize their potential for success, make informed decisions and achieve set goals in a structured and coherent way.

Originally adapted for the North American and Commonwealth market, eMIP - Business Plan was developed following participation in a Hackathon organized by Microsoft in 2022.

eMIP Arch (2022): In late 2022, eMIP launched a revolutionary Digital Archiving solution, doubled by the power of the Intelligent Assistant (AI) in eMIP, called eMIP Arch.

This innovative Digital Archiving solution uses AI algorithms, Big Data and Machine Learning technologies to index and search the entire content of PDF files in digital archives. With an impressive processing speed, eMIP Arch allows you to scan over 2 million pages, i.e. over 6.5 billion characters, in less than 6 seconds. Whether it is holographic documents, images or prints, eMIP Arch offers efficient and fast searching.

eMIP Scan & SigN (2023): The latest solution in development of the eMIP ecosystem through which we support the mobility of project teams and contractors, allowing scanning and augmentation (enhancement) of scanned PDF files.

This innovative solution turns mobile devices such as phones and tablets into ScannerMobil, allowing users to turn a sequence of pictures into a PDF file. This file can be uploaded to the eMIP Cloud, where it is automatically processed by the eMIP Arch Smart Assistant. Users can share, print, annotate or digitally sign PDF documents, benefiting from a holographic signature protected as an X.509 qualified signature. eMIP Scan & SigN is a versatile and efficient solution for users, enabling them to work productively on the go.
