Billing in eMIP Projects is based on the number of active functions in a month, not on the number of users or projects. Specifically:Management Function (15 EUR/month): Billed for each active coordination role (Project Manager, Finance Manager, Procurement Manager, Assistant Manager, Partner Coordinator). These functions DO NOT upload documents/deliverables to their own calendar and DO NOT generate activity reports.Expert Function (30 EUR/month): Billed for each expert who completes the activity calendar in the respective month. Includes: GT selection experts, counseling, training, employment, ERDF technical, information and advertising.Team Supervision (FREE): The manager who only supervises the team without filling out their own calendar is not billed.Concrete example: A project with 1 Manager, 1 Financial Manager and 3 Experts active in January will be invoiced: (2 x 15 EUR) + (3 x 30 EUR) = 120 EUR/month . You also receive a free account (manager role) per project, for supervision / support of team members in managing the platform.

If an expert has no activity reported in a calendar month, that function will not be billed for that month.The eMIP system automatically monitors the activity of each function:Month with activity = function is billedMonth without activity = function is NOT billedThis pay-per-use model ensures that you only pay for the resources you actually use. For example, during the holiday season or in months with low activity, costs are automatically adjusted.

There are NO hidden costs in eMIP.
